Delivery Information

At Fast Landscaping Supplies, we aim to make your delivery experience as smooth and reliable as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Delivery Timescales

• Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch.

• You can select a preferred delivery date at checkout, but please note this is not guaranteed.

• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, typically between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

We recommend waiting until your goods have arrived before booking any contractors or landscapers.

Delivery Requirements

To ensure a successful delivery, please make sure:

• The delivery area is flat, hard, and accessible (e.g. tarmac, concrete, or paved surface)

• There is no grass, gravel, or uneven ground where the pallet will be offloaded

• There is sufficient space for a large vehicle (up to 18 tonnes) to access and unload safely

• Someone is available to receive and inspect the goods on the day

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If we are unable to deliver due to:

• Inaccessible or unsuitable delivery surfaces

• Restricted access or unsafe conditions

• No one available to accept the delivery

…then return charges will apply. These will be deducted from any refund due.

Delivery Method

• All bulk products are delivered on pallets using a tail-lift and manual pallet truck

• Bulk loads are delivered by hiab, or loose 

• The driver will deliver to the nearest safe and accessible point at the kerbside or driveway

Delivery Areas

We deliver most products across mainland UK, however please check each product listing as some are local delivery only. Some remote or offshore locations may be excluded or subject to additional charges.  If you're unsure, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Notifications

• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched

• On the day of delivery, the courier may contact you with an estimated time window (subject to availability)

Delays & Liability

While we work closely with trusted couriers, delays can occasionally occur due to traffic, weather, or network issues. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times and are not liable for any costs incurred due to delays (e.g. contractor fees).
