Subscription Cancellation Policy

When you subscribe to any of our recurring products, you agree to receive automatic deliveries at your chosen interval—typically every 3, 6, or 12 months.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the following terms:

• Cancellation Timing - To avoid being charged for your next scheduled delivery, cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before the renewal date. Cancellations after this window will apply to future deliveries only.
• How to Cancel - You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team.
• Refunds - Refunds are not issued for dispatched subscription orders. If you have concerns about a product you've received, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
• No Minimum Commitment Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. There is no minimum term or cancellation fee.
