Returns and refunds

Returns

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it’s in its original condition. This means:

  • The product must be unopened, unused and in the same condition as when delivered

If you'd like to return an item, please email us at support@fast-landscaping-supplies.co.uk including your order number and reason for return. We will provide the correct postal address. Return postage is your responsibility.

All turf is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds

If you return your order between up to 14 days after delivery and there’s been no error on our part, we’ll refund the cost of the item only.

  • Delivery and any additional charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 working days of item receipt and checking

If you have encountered a problem with one of our products, please contact us at support@fast-landscaping-supplies.co.uk. If the product is faulty, we will offer a replacement free of charge which will be sent out the same working day if contacted before 1pm or the next working day if after 1pm.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery location meets our requirements:

  • A hard, flat surface is needed for offloading large items

  • If you're unsure, call us on  01483 912487

If we’re unable to deliver due to unsuitable access, return charges will apply.

Delivery Delays

While most deliveries arrive on your chosen date, we can’t guarantee this due to reliance on third-party couriers.

  • Delays can happen within the UK haulage and courier networks

  • We strongly recommend not booking contractors or landscapers until your materials have arrived

  • We’re unable to offer compensation for delays affecting scheduled work
