3. Delivery

• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. From time to time we use third-party couriers and cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control.

• It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery location is accessible: a hard, flat surface is required for offloading. No grass, gravel, or uneven ground.

• If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, return charges will apply.

4. Returns & Refunds

• You may return items within 21 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition and packaging.

• Return delivery costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method and cover the item cost only (excluding delivery and additional charges).
